Meet your team of experts:

Meghan Conger
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Meghan has over 20 years of dental industry experience, including leadership roles in DSO organizations and independent private practices, which has allowed her to cultivate a broad range of knowledge in all aspects of dentistry. She has used her industry knowledge to offer support for many independent dentists as well, helping them to advance their practices and develop their teams.

Meghan is also a faculty member at Marquette University School of Dentistry, where she manages the University’s practice management program and educates future dental leaders. She participates in a variety of speaking engagements, providing education to dentists and their teams nationally.

Meghan is a champion for her dental clients and is passionate about helping them realize their full practice potential by combining their clinical skills with business best practices to create a profitable and enjoyable dental career. Through these experiences, Meghan has seen firsthand that without good business skills and support systems, practices suffer.

Jordan Herbert
Co-founder & Chief Financial Officer

Jordan has over 7 years of experience developing and implementing supply chain cost reduction strategies within healthcare systems. Jordan has held a variety of positions, including Director of Supply Chain Performance at one of the country’s largest medical distributors. In this role, he partnered with healthcare organizations to identify ways to become more efficient, implement standardized processes and reduce costs. He also worked closely with GPOs, distributors, manufacturers, and health systems across the country to help reduce the complexity and costs across the entire healthcare network.

Jordan utilizes his supply chain expertise to design comprehensive cost reduction programs for dental practices that includes their supplies and equipment, lab and purchased services. He also provides inventory management support.

Jordan is passionate about collaborating with dental owners to build and implement customized solutions to address their pain points.

Heather Hughes
Practice Management Advisor

Heather has 15 years of experience in dental practice management and leadership coaching. She specializes in creating solutions and implementing smart business practices to promote growth.

Heather uses her combined experience and passion for dentistry to connect with Dentists and their teams, building strong and lasting relationships. Through these relationships, she has been able to help advance practices and inspire meaningful change and growth within dental teams.

Heather is passionate about continuing education and staying up to date on the latest trends and technology in Dentistry.

Heather’s training & certifications include, but are not limited to:
• Mechanical Design Degree from Prairie College
• Studied Dental Assisting & Expanded Functions at University of Illinois
• Completed Business Management Courses at Oregon State University

Christine Daum
Marketing Consultant

Christine has more than 10 years of healthcare marketing and communications experience. She specializes in branding and content creation, developing comprehensive marketing plans leveraging multiple communication channels.

Christine has extensive experience developing content for websites, social media, email, ads/print collateral, presentations and more. She also has experience optimizing content to boost organic search rankings and overseeing paid media plans to build online visibility.

Christine is passionate about helping dental practices evaluate their current marketing tactics and website functionality to identify ways they can stand out in their market and reach their growth goals.

Christine’s training & certifications include, but are not limited to:
• Business & Marketing Degree from National Louis University
• Dual Digital Marketing Certification from the Digital Marketing Institute & American Marketing Association
• Project Management Certification from the University of Wisconsin, Madison

Maggie Garrigan
Practice Support Manager

Maggie has more than 23 years of experience in sales, project coordination &  providing high-level administrative support to business leaders and directors.

Maggie performs tasks accurately and timely, while maintaining confidentiality; continuously evaluates current processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness; understands business issues and applies appropriate decision-making skills; prepares and coordinates meetings, events, agendas and presentations; executes project management & sales functions; is highly organized and a strong communicator.
