Stop Multi-Tasking
Contrary to what you may think, you’ll actually complete tasks faster (and more accurately) by focusing on one thing at a time.
Stop Starting “Easy”
It may be tempting to put larger tasks off until the end of the day. However, tackling your biggest, most important tasks first when you have the most focus/energy is best! Plus, you won’t run out of time for priority items.
Stop Stressing
It can be overwhelming thinking about everything you need to accomplish in a day/week. Instead, try breaking things into smaller, more manageable tasks so they feel more manageable.
Stop Procrastinating
It’s tempting to save small tasks for “later”. Instead of waiting, aim to complete easy tasks (those that take less than 2 minutes) right away, or when you have short breaks in your schedule.
